Visiting Nethercott House for Farms for City Children

Michael spent last week visiting Nethercott House. The farm is the home of Farms for City Children, the charity Michael founded with his wife Clare. At the farm, Michael met with pupils working in the walled garden and the stable yard. To see the images from the day, see below.

Michael Morpurgo and his wife Clare founded Farms for City Children at Nethercott House in Devon in 1976. The charity offers urban children from all over the country a unique opportunity to live and work together for a week at a time on a real farm in the heart of the countryside.
